Own your very own piece of history, this stone house built in 1769 was at that time the residence of the Prime Minister of Greece.
Ano Verga is a small, historical village situated high in the mountainside overlooking Kalamata and the Messinian Bay. You can just imagine the Prime Minister on his balcony looking down onto his 'domain'.

The house was renovated completly in the summer of 1997.
It is situated on a site of 140 sq m and has a total living area of approx. 60 sq m on two levels. The ground floor has a bathroom and bedroom with small patio.
There is an interior staircase to the upstairs which comprises lounge with kitchen area and balcony looking over the Messinian Bay.
