Mani Props
is headed by Andreas Moshandreou, a Greek Civil Engineer whose office is
situated in Kalamata. Working in this region since 1986,he has acquired a sound
understanding of the people, culture and architecture of this unique area and
developed a huge network of contacts throughout the community.
Consequently we are able to offer an extremely large selection of properties to
satisfy even the most discriminating buyer including building plots, traditional
stone cottages both renovated and derelict, new properties constructed in the
traditional manner and villas and apartments.
New houses can be built with in-put from the owner throughout the design and
construction stages.
The area covered by the agency is the Mani peninsula, the town of Kalamata
and the region extending to Koroni on the western peninsula.
We also have strong contacts with other areas of Greece particularly the island
of Lefkas.
The rugged mountain scenery, unspoilt beaches, mild climate, historical and
archaeological sites and the transport system are just some of the attractions
of the southern Peloponnese.
